Dr. Garcia has been a professor of communication and conflict resolution for the last 15 years, most recently at SUNY New Paltz. He regularly uses his skills in the community as a volunteer mediator in New Paltz, Highland, and Marlboro. He is accustomed to stressful conflict situations. His calm and reassuring demeanor has been a staple of his success, and is an asset for home buyers and sellers.
Adolfo has been buying, selling, and renovating homes for 20 years, and has practically seen it all, interior and exterior. Having this first-hand experience about homes gives his formal inspection training context. Some inspectors have little to no practical experience.
Now, as a full-time home inspector, Adolfo is committed to empowering clients with valuable information before selling or buying. As the old adage goes, “information is power.” Adolfo knows that information power can lead to better home prices at the closing table.

Bio: My wife and I recently sold our home in Minnesota and moved to beautiful Ulster Co. Our last year's preoccupation has been selling our properties and looking for a new home in Gardiner. The process can be nerve-racking. It takes time to put what seems to be, many moving parts together. I am retired from 50 years of social services and learned to be patient and clearly understand the clients point of view. My interest in real estate has guided me to Trusted Inspection Services. My experience with building trades has given me a perspective. As a courier for Adolfo, I literally move the inspection process along by delivering vital information for the seller/buyer as quickly as possible.

Bill is ready to meet your needs in the Catskills, Green County, and Upper Dutchess. He is a New York State licensed home inspector. He is a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training program (AHIT) and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Bill also has a Master’s Degree in Communications and a PhD in Cultural Studies, and for the past 15 years has taught as a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, NYU, and SUNY New Paltz. He is a clear and thoughtful communicator who is able to blend his proficient technical expertise with a practical, relatable understanding of the ins-and-outs of home ownership, especially when working with first-time homebuyers in the Hudson Valley. He currently lives in Saugerties, NY.

Bio: I am from Green Bay, WI where I graduated from UW - Green Bay. Two years ago I became the Alder for my district on Green Bay’s City Council. For the last 10 year, I have mainly been a stay-at-home mom with a part-time job at a cafe. I worked for a utility company as a Business Analyst, in healthcare as a software trainer, and for an insurance company as an instructional designer contractor.
